What you'll achieve
As a SeniorSoftware Product MarketingAdvisor, you will own and manage software product marketing initiatives, working closely with other members of marketing, sales and product management for profitably plans and roadmap, optimizing incentives and growth. You will work within the organization for the partner and with sales and customers, and acts as the primary contact for the Partner's and Dell's strategic initiatives, Partner readiness, QBR reviews, etc. The Partner Manager will also be the primary liaison for general marketing GTM,MDF Programs and drive the partner engagement model.
You will:
  • Collaborate with a diverse set of teams across Dell Technologies, including GC software partners, distributors and professional services to create an end-to-end marketing message
  • Drive the Partner/Dell Business Plan (creation, improvement and rollout of key programs) including: Drive GTM plan, MDF planning across Dell Sales teams Program management including New Partners onboarding, Product launch and enablement to sales and pre-sales team, Deal Registration, Renewals, Lead Generation, Demand Generation & Sales Pipeline Rebate Management and Partner Programs Market Analysis Create high-impact internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our software. Develop website content to drive sales through clear, high-impact product information Develop unique sales awareness campaigns for strategic offers, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams on the launch and promotion of new or existing solutions Understand market trends and the details of DELL GC software market, as well as being the expert on competition.

Essential Requirements
  • 10+ years of related experience with advanced understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products and competitor offerings
  • Ability to take numerous pieces of feedback and break it down into clear communications
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple business units and global regions
  • Expert Excel skills with Critical Analytical and Root Cause Skills - the ability to 'tell a story' based on numbers with the ability to effectively articulate and showcase product value to different types of audience
  • Capability to lead, motivate and influence others to achieve results

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Software marketing and/or technology industry experience; Some technical marketing capabilities for complex software solutions with business or marketing degree preferred, but not required
