Process Analysis and Assessment:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of existing processes within the organization.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Digital Transformation Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy to enhance overall business processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.

Automation and Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for automation to streamline manual processes.
  • Implement digital tools and technologies to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Utilize data analytics to gather insights into process performance.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.

Technology Integration:

  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that can enhance processes toward digital transformation .
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with different departments and teams to understand their specific process needs.
  • Foster collaboration and communication to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new digital processes.
  • Provide training and support to teams during the transition.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that digital processes meet industry standards and compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in digital processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of emerging technologies and methodologies.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital process optimization initiatives.
  • Report regularly on progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and address potential risks associated with process changes.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of processes.

Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners for the implementation of digital solutions.
  • Manage relationships with technology providers and ensure the effective delivery of services.

What should you bring along


  • Master degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Banking/Finance
  • At least 5 - 7 years with Financial Services / Captive Finance preferred.

Work experience, Leadership experience

  • Business Process Management Experience.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Consulting/IT/Automotive/Engineering experience.
  • Detailed knowledge, understanding and application of reporting & insights skills
  • 4+ years experience in reporting, insights and developing Tableau dashboards
  • Experience in delivering and managing Data Warehousing (SQL staging, function, view, store procedure),
  • Business Analytics Initiatives, and Data Visualization on cloud and on premise-based offering

Additional skills: special skills / technical ability etc.

  • Creativity and ability to look outside the normal boundaries.
  • Understands and can communicate the linkage between strategy and tactical execution.
  • Proficient to communicate in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills capable in communicating complex topics in easily understandable terms/formats.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills and process orientation.
  • Computer literate especially with Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • Highly proficient in SQL and querying relational databases
  • Strong Tableau experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep and Tableau Server
  • Process Mining, RPA, Pythons and SAS experience is highly beneficial
  • Experience dealing with numerous senior stakeholders and articulating findings and solutions is paramount
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyses and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to provide insights and feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
