We're looking for a Senior Support Consultant to be a part of our growing team to partnering with our clients, help them fix any issues, to reach their satisfactions and our standard.


  • Investigate technical client issues with the objective of providing first response and root cause analysis within defined service levels.

  • Coordinate with other support groups, technical account teams, and business teams located in other regions.

  • Collaborate with Product managers, Development teams, and Quality Assurance teams globally both during and after the investigation process.

  • Coordinate with 2nd Level Support directly.

  • Provide 24/7 supports for Severity-1 or Business Critical issues.

  • Proactively contribute technical knowledge and recommendations to both internal and external teams.


  • At least 3 years of experience in application support field

  • Excellent communication skill

  • Proficient English communication

  • Java and C++ coding skill

  • Familiar with Unix

  • Scripting language skill is an advantage

  • ITIL knowledge (Having a Certificate is a plus)
