Senior Tax Operation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide, prepare, review and submit WHT, SBT, foreign WHT to The Revenue Department
• Control and follow up Input VAT from all branch and head office for submit VAT for keep and record in profile
• Record prepaid withholding tax certificate that consist of date, No., Company name, amount, prepaid WHT amount, total amount and contract number for refund tax expenses in PND. 50
• Check accuracy document for prepare Tax Write off process according to announcement from The Revenue Department which received report from litigation department and prepare Tax write off process in AS400 system for submit VAT in each month and reconcile with AS400 system
• UAT business/ tax projects for all taxation
• Provide information from AS400 and prepare calculate and submit filling form the withholding Tax (PND 1,2,3,53)
• Provide information from AP department and prepare calculate and submit filling form the WHT foreign (PP. 36 and PND 54)
• Check the document about cost of terminating the Contract for sale support

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
• At least 5 years experience in tax operation
• Knowledge of tax regulation, general business- leasing, VAT, WHT, SBT
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Excel
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, and comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
