Job Responsibilities
1. Business Target Achievement
- Be responsible for monitoring and supporting the achievement of the country's overall sell-in targets.
- Track and update nationwide PSI data, including purchases, sales, and inventory.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sell-in targets are achieved smoothly.
2. Distributor Sales Management
- Lead and coordinate sales-related work with distributors.
- Arrange, prepare, and participate in customer / distributor meetings.
- Monitor distributor PSI performance.
- Follow up on payment transactions, customer information updates, contract progress, and all other distributor-related matters.
3. Headquarter Channel Project Coordination
- Act as the country-side owner for channel projects initiated by headquarters.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement these projects.
- Ensure projects are executed effectively at the local level and achieve the expected results.
4. Supply and Import Management
- Develop annual and quarterly demand plans for smartphones, tablets, and related products.
- Work closely with regional teams, the local GTM team, and other relevant departments to conduct rolling forecasts.
- Ensure local inventory levels remain healthy and reasonable.
- Coordinate with regional teams to address supply and demand issues.
- Maintain a balanced supply rhythm across product categories and ensure smooth fulfillment of market demand.
- Analyze market demand and adjust country plans in a timely manner.
- Handle supply abnormalities, stock shortages, overstock risks, and slow-moving inventory issues.
- Manage the end-to-end preparation, follow-up, and coordination of import documentation for all smartphone and tablet products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-3 years of working experience in the consumer goods industry; experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, or product supply-sales operations is preferred.
- Strong learning ability, data analysis skills, and logical thinking.
- Detail-oriented, with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interest in technology products.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English; Chinese is preferred.
