Senior Manager IT Service Operations

We are subject matter experts in hardware, data and software, security, information access, system performance and data integrity. What you'll achieve
The successful candidate will join the TMX Digital Support team who are driving a transformation to modernize the way be deliver remote digital support. Our team vision is to become the premier digital support team in dell offering remote hardware support, improved self help and significantly improved levels of automation. The successful candidate will have excellent operations excellence skills, be comfortable with driving change and be a seasoned people leader. Our IT Pulse score is at 83 and our org NPS is at 78. This is a role for a high energy leader that is interested in growing their career.
