1. Creates creative marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including influencer planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules

2. Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including product development, and branding management

3. Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

4. Grows and increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram

5. Develop ideas and content that links a brand or business to brand target audience

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

2. 5 years Experience in social media content, digital content or related

3. Proven experience as a Social Media Content Manager, Content Creator, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of social media content.

4. Strong understanding of different social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices.

5. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique and shareable content.

6. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and an understanding of how to optimize content for various platforms.

7. Experience with audience segmentation and tailoring content for specific target groups.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.

9. A passion for digital marketing and a strong interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
