Job Summary:
True Visions Now is looking for a sharp and creative Social Media Content & Analytics Executive who excels in tracking real-time conversations, analyzing performance data, and crafting engaging social media content tailored to Thai entertainment audiences. This role requires both a data-savvy mindset and storytelling skills to drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze real-time social conversations using tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr to identify trends, sentiment, and actionable insights.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics across all social media platforms to optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
- Build and present regular campaign reports, including competitor benchmarking and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop platform-specific content calendars that reflect local relevance, entertainment trends, and audience behavior.
- Write compelling and on-brand copy across platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, X, YouTube), and coordinate with designers for bespoke visual assets.
- Collaborate with KOLs and internal creative/media teams to maximize content reach and cultural impact.
- Stay current with streaming industry trends, pop culture movements, and influencer activities to inform content development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in social media analytics, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in social listening and analytics tools; confident in interpreting and storytelling with data.
- Strong Thai writing and communication skills; English is a plus.
- Passion for entertainment, streaming, and online culture.
