Job Description :
This is a unique role that offers an incredible opportunity for the right person to join the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications) team at the heart of Grab Thailand. This role focuses on maintaining and improving Grab Thailand social media presence by following and influencing our overall strategy, the Grab tone of voice and accurate reporting. In addition, this role will be part of the marketing partnership team in driving clear results to grow potential partnership with Grab.

  • Grab’s integrated Marketing Communications team is responsible for branding and marketing communications and partnership, meaning that we are not only to win their hearts and minds but also to put yourself in the lens of consumers and clients. You are driving towards the growth of Grab along with partners.

  • The team must come up with IMC strategies and campaigns to build the brand proposition of a ‘technology company that does good for the country’ and grow strategic partnership simultaneously.

  • Report to the Social Media lead and dotted line to Marketing partnership lead

  • As a social media expert - 60%

    • You will be responsible for leading the execution within social media scope , and activities to ensure flawless coordination, brand presence to align with the marketing objectives in the team helping drive forward a critical part of Grab’s overall brand matrix for our passengers/driver partners/merchants.

  • As partnership marketing - 40%

    • Apart from managing social media, this role will play a greater part in stakeholder’s relationship management and campaign execution as well. This role must demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment. Highly organized.

    • Must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects, partners and escalations. Understanding of partner ecosystems Responsible for the achievement of partner marketing & sales objectives.

The day to day activities:
Ability to work closely with peers, creative team, vertical heads, support functions, external agencies, group leaders and other employees and departments in the company.

  • Social Media Management - 60%

    • Monitor, schedule, report; consolidate social media data and conduct post campaign analysis for IMC campaigns. Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, campaign content, and in-app content widget.

    • Monitor and develop reports on social voice/competitor activity within social media space (social listening)

    • In relation to social media management: creative content creation that drives brand and engage customers, and keep up-to-date with social media trends

  • Partnership Marketing Coordination - 40%

    • Liaise with internal & external agencies to ensure on time on full delivery of flawless and seamless coordination with related PICs

    • Presentation development and interpersonal communication working with internal stakeholders is mandatory.

    • Tracking results on a campaign basis by working with multiple stakeholders to ensure the campaign KPI is right on track and delivered as committed.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3+ years experience in marketing communications, online marketing, partnership and other related fields (FMCG, agency or tech/start-up industry background is a huge plus)

  • Excellent practical understanding of social media and marketing content

  • Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube platform (social listening tools/analysis is a plus)

  • Understanding of how creative content can drive results for Brand and potential clients.

  • Project management skills (experienced in media planning is highly desirable)

  • Experience in powerpoint, excel, and other online basics

  • Fluent in English & Thai.
