Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Specialist with a strong background in account management to join our growing team. This role blends creative digital strategy with client-facing communication and project management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both analytical and interpersonal environments.

You'll be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns while managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction for a long-term growth, ensuring all media creative assets are being published correctly and managing our internal creative team to ensure all the deliverables are being met on the proposed deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and email.
  • Track and analyze data performance report on the respective ads accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction.
  • Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor digital trends and proactively propose innovative marketing solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet KPIs.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, within an account or client management environment.
  • Proven expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta), SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Experience using marketing tools mainly ads manager (Meta)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Positive team player with a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification.
  • Experience working in a digital agency setting.
  • Familiarity with third party softwares such as Emplifi, Brandwatch n etc.
  • Familiar with all social media's dashboard and publication skills.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Model: The role operates within a hybrid working model, with teams in the office around two to three days a week.
  • Regional Collaboration: Regular interaction with regional teams, requiring flexibility and respect of diverse cultures.
  • Dynamic Projects: Engagement in a variety of projects across different media channels, providing a dynamic environment.
