Are you keen to work in a dynamic environment where you can bring in your innovative ideas and work cross-functionally to boost Dell Technologies Sales We are looking for a Solutions Line Manager within the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Center of Competence (CoC) to drive the profitable growth of the ISG product portfolio.
The ISG Center of Competence (CoC) is the conduit between the Product Management teams and the product and solutions routes to market. The CoC creates and drives the business plans required to achieve the annual operating plan (AOP) for Storage, Data Protection, CI, Networking, Server, and Solutions.
The Solutions Line Manager (SLM) is the ISG CoC business role responsible for effective Go-to-Market, profitability, and life cycle of a portfolio of products and offers. SLMs harmonize ISG BU/Marketing/Operational/Support organizations to develop, deploy, and empower Regional CoCs plans to achieve AOP success.SLMs act as the primary interface to the PG.
SLMs maintain birds-eye perspective of entire organization to ensure coordination across CoC functions/activities at a global scale. They serve as consultants to CoC leadership and proactively identify & tackle key challenges. SLMs support Regional CoCs to ensure that the sales force has the knowledge, assets, content, and tools they need to effectively position and sell products and solution offers. When focus or acceleration is needed, the SLMs work with respective regional PLMs/FMMs to develop and launch programs improving product sales.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead, execute and coordinate ISG Solutions and strategy for specific markets
  • Design, coordinate, report, analyze global 4P operational plans strategically aligned to IOP/AOP & CoC programs
  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of internal & external factors impacting global LOB performance
  • Serve as primary CoC interface into the ISG Solutions Product Management team and the Solutions Product Marketing team and establish tight collaboration & interlock model
  • Represent the voice of sales and customers back into the Product management and product marketing teams by collaborating with our regional Server and Storage CoC counterparts
  • Provide global thought leadership in exec forums to formulate and drive long term Solutions and LOB strategies

Essential requirements
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA degree strongly preferred
  • Experienced Management Consultant and/or Strategic plus Operational Planner
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation & cross-functional engagement abilities strong executive presence
  • Ability to deliver quality results to deadlines
  • Demonstrated career of success in working in cross functional/regional teams & project management
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a strong drive for results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 10+ years business experience
