Bayer Thailand is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Key Account Manager to lead our Eylea portfolio and strengthen hospital partnerships across Thailand.

What You Will Do:

Lead formulary listing and hospital tender activities for Eylea and related ophthalmology products.

Build strong relationships with ophthalmologists, pharmacists, and hospital procurement teams.

Develop account strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure access to Bayer's ophthalmic innovations.

Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Customer teams to execute business plans effectively.

Analyze market trends and competitors to sustain leadership in the ophthalmology segment.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration.

At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/account management experience, preferably in hospital or ophthalmology field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
