Sr. Test & Software Developer

• Manage project and develop RFID test solution, including RFID chip initialization and pre-personalization 
• Maintain and improve test system, covering both hardware and software development. 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems for initialization, pre-personalization, and verification of RFID products.   
• Enhance and maintain the test system backbone and standardize development processes.   
• Develop software and hardware solutions for RFID testing and programming in industrial environments.   
• Ensure software updates for each chip or OS version and handle customer-specific customizations.   
• Investigate and resolve software issues to ensure production stability.   
• Deploy software to production lines and verify deployment results.   
• Continuously improve existing software architecture and applications as needed.   
• Follow company development processes and maintain proper documentation.   
• Apply basic cryptography knowledge in relevant development work. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Proficient in C/C++, C#, Java, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) 
• Experience with version control tools (SVN, Git) and Agile development methodologies 
• Basic understanding of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), cryptography, and cryptographic key management is a plus  
• Familiarity with common encryption algorithms   
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)    
• Strong focus on product quality, testing mindset, and fast learning ability   
• Knowledge of JCOP, GlobalPlatform, or any smartcard/RFID standards is a plus   
• Experience in the RFID business is a strong advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
