Job Descriptions
- Manage and clear travel expenses in line with company policy.
- Provide advice and problem-solving support to team members regarding expense-related issues.
- Share updates, information, and guidelines with Sales staff to ensure correct operations within planned budgets.
- Prepare and summarize expense reports for the Sales Support Team and other reports as requested.
- Conduct audits and provide consulting support to Sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare expense summaries, monthly reports, and special reports as requested.
- Organize monthly and special meetings to achieve agency goals.
- Handle ticket booking and welfare coordination for the Sales Support Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in expense management, auditing, or operations support preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work in up country
