Responsibilities:

• Preparing data or reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges.
• Creating & Monitor machine learning models to support departmental goals.
• Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges.
• Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, collections techniques and business strategies.
• Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality
• Coordinate & Communicate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
• To perform the other assignments or special projects are assigned by Management team.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or relate field
• Experience using statistical computer languages (SAS, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques.
• Knowledge of how to create and apply ML algorithms to business problem.
• Competent in machine learning principles and techniques.
• Dedicated and focuses, able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve project
• Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Fast leaner and good attitudes
