Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-spectrum supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound logistics
- Collaborate closely with the Warehouse team to ensure efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and dispatch operations
- Manage inventory (stock control) to maintain optimal levels and minimize excess or shortages
- Lead demand planning activities, including forecasting and alignment with sales/business needs
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements in cost, efficiency, and service levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
- Provide regular reporting and insights on inventory, planning, and supply chain performance to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management (inbound & outbound logistics)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and demand planning (forecasting)
- Experience working closely with warehouse operations / warehouse management teams
- Good understanding of logistics, transportation, and supplier coordination
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English and proficiency in Excel or supply chain systems (ERP, SAP, etc.)
