About the Role :
We are looking for a Supply Chain Systems Support Engineer to join our Client team at Bangkok.
In this role, you will be the frontline problem-solver for our manufacturing and warehouse systems (MES, WMS, QMS, APS, SRM). You will work directly with factory users for troubleshooting issues, writing SQL queries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is an IT application support role with real impact on production and supply chain operations.
What You'll Do :
- Troubleshoot system issues reported by users (system errors, business logic, process failures)
- Guide users to resolve problems and provide step-by-step operation instructions
- Write SQL scripts (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) to fix data-related issues
- Escalate unsolved issues to headquarters Level 1 support team (China)
- Ensure all work orders are resolved and closed with user satisfaction
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and key users
- Provide consultation on business processes for IT systems
- Handle unknown issues reported by intelligent robots/automation tools
What You'll need :
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience with at least 2 of these systems: MES / MLS / APS / SCP / EAM / SRM / WMS / QMS
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Proficient in English reading and writing
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
