Job Purpose

To provide support for the operations division to ensure the effectiveness and completeness of operations administrative tasks.

  • Data Consolidation and Analyst

    Prepare the daily / weekly /monthly sales performance report.
    Consolidate the business data from each Area Coach to produce the executive summary report.
    Conduct business data analysis to support Area Coach and Brand Management team in driving business performance.
    Prepare the sales forecast phasing on monthly basis.

  • Correspondence & Documentation Filing

    Process Operations memorandum.
    Record customer complaints issue by phone and inform to Operations team.
    Ensure update of Area Coach's movement and store personnel movement.
    Complete and distribute related documentations to all SW's stores.
    Prepare purchase order requisition and any necessary action regarding to cash reimbursement for Operations team.

  • Operations Summary Report

    Collect QSC score & store audit results and fill in the report on bi-monthly basis.
    Summarize customer satisfaction & NPS result once a month and prepare presentation deck for all Brand Management and Operations Manager.
    Summary update data store profile from Area Coach monthly.
    Prepare weekly Operations meeting, monthly Area Coach Meeting and Restaurant Manager Meeting presentation deck.

  • Handle Administrative & Coordination Tasks

    Update store address and promotions to the customer as needed.
    Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the delivery of all supplies, equipment, materials, and all stickers are in good quality and on time.
    Manage and consolidate the data for the calculation of the monthly store incentive payment and quarterly Area Coach Incentive payment.
    Teach New Area Coach on Operations Report.
    Coordinate with training department to manage to all manuals.
    Responsible for completion and accuracy of sales management sheet, weekly summary, QSC and incentive report on timely basis.
    Ensure the accuracy of Area Coach Meeting minute and distribute to all concerns.
    Support Operations team by providing them all information as needed.
    Update data process for Operation teams in the company share-point & store share-point.
    Perform secretarial jobs to assist the Operations team and other duties.

    At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Data Analysis, Area Coach, Administrative Assistance, or related fields.
    Strong data analytical skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
    Good communication skills in English.
