  • Design system to support Recycling Materials Management process including logistic, buying, goods receiving, goods issuing, payment and report.
  • Manage and analyzeRecycling Materials Management data.
  • Sustain existing system.


  • Being project manager forthe new system project and alsomaintain existing software.
  • Being business analyst & system analyst.
  • Co-ordinate with other functions to improve system and process.
  • Sustain Recycling Materials Management system.
  • Lead and follow up vendor and related persons according toproject plan and timeline.
  • Plan system budget and make IT-Maintenance agreement contract.


  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, MIS or related fields (Bachelor G.P.A. 2.70, Master G.P.A. 3.30).
  • Proficient in English (TOEIC score at least 550).
  • Possess more than 3 years of working experience in developing, implementing and maintaining.
  • Possess project management skill, data management skill andanalytical skill.
  • Familiar with SQL database and web development.
  • Business knowledge in sourcing, logistics, and payment.
  • Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, flexibilityandservice mind.
  • Able to travelupcountry andoverseasas assigned.
