  • Accountable for developing a partnership with business stakeholders, Line Managers, HR Business Partner for the hiring and management of full end to end recruitment of positions which include :-
    • Provide a first-class recruiting experience to hiring managers and HR Business Partner colleagues
    • Delivery of the end to end recruitment process, focused on providing high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requisitions, agree process and manage expectations
    • Provide coordination support for the end to end process e.g. interview scheduling, recruitment related administration which include staff on-boarding and resignation analysis
  • To collaborate with Country HR Head and HR Business Partner in taking a strategic approach to support employee engagement programs / activities as well as other employee relations activities, helping the organization to develop its objectives with the workforce using a range of innovative tools and techniques by implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop the culture.

  • End to end management of requisitions which includes candidate and student internship sourcing, screening, as well as database management (consistently reviewing and assessing talent for each requisition and dispositioning candidates accordingly).
  • Consistently manage stakeholders effectively throughout the recruitment process e.g. Hiring Managers, candidates, HR Business Partner
  • Manage interview scheduling which may be face to face, telephone/skype or telepresence
  • Ensure all interview logistics are coordinated including candidate travel, meeting room bookings, and interview panel co-ordination
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring high levels of data accuracy
  • Curate articulate, creative job adverts and other recruitment materials that are in line with Syngenta's EVP
  • Generate report and analysis of recruitment data from the ATS (Taleo)
  • Negotiate and able to present compensation packages to candidate for acceptance (good fundamental of compensation and benefits knowledge)
  • Generate offer letters, contracts and other offer documentation where appropriate
  • Ensures candidate offer and on-boarding process is managed seamlessly across teams/partners
  • Responsible for employee resignation analysis and prepare report to Country Leadership Team
  • Support country recruitment projects e.g. branding (campus/university connections), continuous improvement initiatives etc.
  • Ensure that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, implemented, maintained and evaluated to ensure effectiveness as well as monitor financial budgets for communication and engagement activities
  • Participate and lead on specific projects as directed by Country HR
  • Take responsibility for own continuous professional development

  • The ideal candidate is degree-qualified with 5 to 7 years experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in MNC .
  • Hands-on and self-motivated individual who works well independently and as a team.
  • Able to articulate to all business levels and build good rapport with internal clients.
  • Effective communicator, with a drive for excellence and a principled and energetic approach to partnering the business in TA & HR related matters.
