About The Talent Acquisition Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate's qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies
• Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools
  
  

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare fields
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with industry standards
