We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in an on-site, full-time role based in Samut Prakan. The Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment activities, manage the hiring process, and contribute to developing and enhancing employer branding strategies. The role involves sourcing and evaluating top talent, coordinating interviews, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

• Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring practices
• Strong skills in employer branding and implementing strategies to position the company as an employer of choice
• Proficient in conducting structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and engaging communication
• Ability to manage recruiting operations and talent pipelines effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the industrial, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
• Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms is advantageous
