Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve talent management and succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity and future-ready capabilities.
  • Manage and enhance the performance management system to reinforce strategic priorities and embed the ACT culture.
  • Drive company-wide employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and recognition, to strengthen commitment and performance.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to design and implement organization development solutions that enable transformation.
  • Oversee cross-functional OD initiatives with project management to deliver sustainable impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, OD, Performance Management, or Employee Engagement.
  • Strong background in succession planning and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to design and implement performance frameworks in complex organizations.
  • Experience from consulting firm or driving large-scale OD/Talent projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using HR metrics and data for insights.
  • Passion for developing people, driving engagement, and enabling business success.
