  • Developing and implementing Talent Management System aligned with Talent Management strategies
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements of Talent
  • Developing and implementing Leadership Management System/ Solution dynamic process applicable for all leadership positions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including executives, related Talent Management committee, HRBP, L&D team, subject matter experts, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree inHuman Resources Development/ or Organization Development / Psychology related fields
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • Having at least 2 years of experiencein Leadership Development or Talent Management
  • Having at least 5 years ofexperiencein Team Leader orFunctional & Technical Competency
  • Well dealt with an uncertain and difficult situation
  • Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
