Job Description


  • Design, build and support software robots to automate internal and external processes. Develops complex automation as a part of the automation program
  • Participates in to-be process mapping, as required, See projects through from inception to post-production support
  • Ensure automation projects adhere to set standards and solution architecture
  • Develops and continues to enhance the skills necessary to implement bots across the organization
  • Identifies opportunities to apply bots to business processes based on experience from projects, Identifies risks during bot development
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of operational processes and needs. Analyze own designs and bot outcomes.
  • Improve and optimize Kapow bots based on feedback from peer-reviews
  • Own assigned tasks and ensure successful, timely completion, Contribute to team initiatives/objectives, Participate in team meetings

  • Bachelor's Degree Major in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with RPA, Kofax Kapow Design Studio or other automation technology, including business process and system analysis, requirements gathering, and application implementation more than 3 years
  • Experience with RPA or other automation technology
  • Experience with web design such as HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with Python programming will be advantaged.
