This Technical Account Representative willbe responsible for providing customers with the guidance and support neededthroughout the full life cycle of implementation to ensure successful and mosteffective use of Oracle’s products. In addition, this position will be a leaderin ensuring overall customer satisfaction with Oracle’s products and relatedimplementation services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This Technical Account Representative will provide customers with regularassessments on the domains of strategy, process, governance, people andtechnology accompanied by recommendations for improvement in each area. TheATAM will act as the primary liaison between Oracle, the customer, and thesystem integrator with respect to the implementation. He/she will serve asOracle%27s support/services lead to the customer and provide business process,application functionality, technology, and implementation expertise bydelivering a combination of business specifications analysis, technicalconsulting and project management skills.
The Technical Account Representative is responsible for escalating issuesacross multiple business units within Oracle (e.g. Technical Support, Expert Services,Sales, Consulting, Product Development, etc.) and arranging resources asnecessary to resolve problems. Will be a leading contributor individually andas a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advancedtechnical/business skills in area of specialization.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated success of at least 4 years as a Technical AccountRepresentative or similar role, including involvement in at least 5 successfulcustomer deployments.
  • Recommended7-10 years of professional Information Systems implementation experience.
  • Demonstratedexperience in package systems implementation (CRM, ERP, Consulting experiences).
  • Understandingof various technical architectures and operating systems including web-basedapplications, networks, RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server), etc.
  • ProjectManagement (PMP) certification or extensive Project Management experience acrossglobal and diverse organizations.
  • Industryexperience is desired
