Job Description

The Technical Manager is responsible for Sales and Operation activities and contract execution of the Electronic Security Solutions such as but not limited to CCTV, Access Control.

Technical Manager is responsible to manage the Sales and Operation & Maintenance Team for Electronic Security and bring always innovation to the solutions.


  • Be responsible Operation and Sales activities of Electronic Security Systems in order to achieve the Sales targets given by the PCS management.
  • Design the solutions for PCS Security Services in order to reduce the head count and increase the efficiency of the operation where reducing the cost of service and increase also the Gross Profit.
  • Implement with the team necessarily follow up documents for the project as master schedule of works, financial schedule, procurement schedule, organization chart & master list of projects.
  • Find suppliers, negotiate with suppliers in order to provide the competitive pricing.
  • Provide partnership models.
  • Follow with the team the project cost reports, cash flow monitoring and forecasting, validate payment of subcontractors and suppliers, payment claims to the Owner, Invoice, payment collection.
  • Validate with the team Final selection of main equipment, sub-contractors and local suppliers.
  • Lead weekly shipment meeting with from important and coordinate with team.
  • After sales, provide operation and maintenance to the electronic security Systems.
  • Approved monthly invoicing of Projects and updated master schedule of works prepared by Project Managers.
  • Participate to important Project Meeting and to Monthly Meeting with Clients.
  • To control, monitor and regularly update with the team the general implementation schedule and to advice on any corrective action within his scope of the Project to remain within or even improve the contractual schedule.
  • To follow closely with the team the Acceptance of the Projects by Clients and to final document preparation as Testing Commissioning Reports, Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and advise Project Managers to clear the Punch list within the shortest time after completion.
  • Manage the Electronic Security Team with strong leadership skills.
  • Prepare with administrative department final report on project profit.


  • Bachelor is a must and Masters degree will be a plus.
  • Educational background in electrical and/or electronics engineering at bachelor's degree level.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in the sector.
  • Preferable have good knowledge of management of contract, ordering activities, developing teamwork and overcoming problems.
  • Strong Know-how on Electronic Security System.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English and Thai.
  • Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, Ms Project, AutoCAD
