Auto Motion Works is hiring a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to lead one thing and lead it well: finding and winning strong technical and business-critical talent for our team. HR administration, contracts and compliance are handled by our parent company's HR team — your job is to focus entirely on talent.

What you'll do
- Lead active sourcing for technical and specialized business roles through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, universities, communities, and industry networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for developers, engineers, and other hard-to-hire roles — including warm pipelines of passive candidates we may want to hire in 3, 6, or 12 months
- Design and run an internal referral pipeline — building a structured program that turns employees and trusted networks into a consistent source of high-quality candidates
- Approach and engage passive candidates with thoughtful, personalized outreach
- Partner with team managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, salary benchmarks, and interview processes
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, salary alignment, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, feedback loops, and offer conversations
- Sharpen job descriptions, employer branding, and candidate-facing communication
- Track sourcing and hiring metrics: source effectiveness, pipeline health, time-to-hire, interview pass rate, offer acceptance
- Build long-term partnerships with universities, technical communities, and professional networks
- Position Auto Motion Works as an employer of choice for technical talent in Thailand
- Develop sourcing strategies for relocation, hybrid, and remote hiring when local supply is limited
What we're looking for
- 3–7+ years in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, with a clear track record in sourcing
- Demonstrated experience recruiting technical roles — software developers, engineers, IT, product, data, or manufacturing-related technical positions
- Strong sourcing skills, especially for passive candidates — LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, community networks
- Solid understanding of the Thai talent market — Bangkok and regional
- Comfortable partnering with senior business leaders
- Strong candidate communication, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Fluent in LinkedIn, job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment databases
- Able to design practical sourcing and recruitment processes from scratch
- Fluent Thai; good English communication preferred
