Technical Support Engineer - Mandarin Speaking
In the Tech Support Enterprise area, you will be responsible for maintaining customer confidence in Dell Technologies, as the experienced analyst in solving problems in hyperconverged solutions for Datacenters. You should use your skills to solve problems directly with our business customers, interacting with different areas within Dell Technologies in South Asia and abroad to ensure that Enterprise customers get solutions for their technical needs. You will also share with your team members the learning and experience about products, solutions and methodologies and you must maintain your own portfolio of technical knowledge and certifications up to date. With your skills and technical knowledge for Enterprise customer service, you will provide high-level action plans and support every day.

What you'll achieve
As a Technical Support Engineer in Dell Technologies you will work on complex solutions, supporting and assisting Dell Technologies customer (s) in maintaining their environments and business. You will remotely investigate and diagnose product problems, understanding the solution for our customers as a whole before proposing an action plan that should take into account agility of resolution and less impact for the customer.
You will:
  • Serve the customer in a clear and friendly way, with the main objective of understanding the reason for contacting that customer with our technical support
  • Record and classify this incident taking into account the impact and severity reported by the client
  • Collect the necessary technical information so that the problem can be analyzed and understood before building an action / solution plan
  • Engage all the necessary resources, making sure that we are offering the Dell Technologies customer the fastest and least impacting solution for their business
  • Monitor the life cycle of this incident, ensuring that the best service was offered and that the customer's problem was definitely solved

Essential Requirements
  • Ability to relate, we work with and support people, being obsessed with being in touch and serving the customer
  • Knowing how to work in a team, respecting diversity and inclusions
  • Well experienced in administration and troubleshooting in datacenter products (Server, Storages, Switches and Hyperconvergence)
  • Able to speak in Mandarin Language is a MUSTwith English language proficiency, being able to participate in calls and training in English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang OR Cyberjaya Malaysia.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Virtualization, network and cloud certifications
  • Have experience in conducting and leading projects
