Work you'll do
Responsibilities:
. Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.
. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
. Reports to IT managers.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas
. 0-3 years of working experience in the IT support field or in a related area. (Welcome New Grads)
. Working English communication skill.
. Good technical knowledge in computer hardware and software.
. Mature, reliable, service oriented, and have ability to work under pressures.
