The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Engage potential customers through outbound calls to present products/services, generate leads, and secure sales appointments.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the offered products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns to nurture leads into potential sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed established KPIs such as call quotas, conversion rates, and sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
  • You have the ability to communicate in Mandarin to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
