Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead telesales team for renewal business and achieve profit target and Key Performance Index.
  • Formulate sales strategy for motor insurance product.
  • Develop sales forecast and manpower plan and implement it at a good timing.
  • Supervise and control the operation of telesales, develop employees regarding motor insurance to improve overall efficiency, and provide consultation as well as solve issues regarding telesales, especially those difficult cases.
  • Plan, organize and develop current operation process and system to achieve sales target.


Key Requirements:

  • Male, Female age 37 - 45 years old
  • Thai nationality only
  • Bachelor's degree or related fields
  • At least 3 years working experience in management position
  • Able to communicated in English
  • Good Leadership skill
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Office
  • Good convincing and negotiating skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good sales skill especially telesales
  • Service minded and customer oriented
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making skill
  • Ability to lead and inspire team to achieve targets
  • Previously working from an insurance broker would be an added advantage
  • Experience in managing a Telesale team of 10 or more people
  • Experienced in monitoring and controlling the sales of the team to meet the target
  • There is a team to take care of about 30 - 40 people.
