Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer needs and identify gaps in current offerings to develop an optimal tenant mix.
Collaborate with the Head of Curator to scout and identify potential tenants.
Assess clients needs and financial capacities to propose tailored leasing solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for appointments and coordination with potential tenants.
Uphold theCOMMONS reputation by representing the brand professionally and ethically.
Handle all necessary paperwork, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth transactions.
Prepare leasing support documents for management approval and review.
Oversee the processing and follow-up of lease documents to ensure timely completion.
Manage the flow of leasing-related documents by coordinating with finance, brand, and community relations teams.
Stay informed on industry trends, new openings, and emerging brands to enhance tenant curation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
2+ years of experience in tenant management, event planning, or space curation.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving abilities with excellent multitasking skills.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Confident, outgoing, and with a pleasant demeanor.
Growth mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to overcome challenges.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a dynamic team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
