Tenant Fit-out Coordination Manager


  • Manage subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • Supervise the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
  • Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.
  • Handover of the facility to the end client after project completion.
  • Being available on site 6 days a week and answering any queries or questions.
  • Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely and economically, by co-ordination of all trades.
  • Oversee the Fitting Out of a Floor or multiple floors.
  • Manage and motivate site teams
  • Organize and coordinate labour
  • Reporting to the Project Manager
  • Site paperwork and documentation
  • Regular meetings with sub-contractors and the Contracts Manager
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental checks
  • Opening and closing the daily work permit
  • On-site coordination of material, labour, and planning
  • Ensure that the end product meets customer's expectations about finish.


  • Knowledge and awareness of health & safety, Construction Design and Management, and

environmental legislation.

Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior design or related faculty.

Experience in fit-out project management ,8-10 years

  • Recognized qualification, preferably in Construction Management or related subject;
  • Fully conversant with specifications/drawings, Bills of Quantities, Construction Design Management regulations, and all relevant Health & Safety legislation
  • Good technical knowledge and experience in internal trades
  • Ability to manage and co-ordinate subcontractors in conjunction with Contracts Manager
  • Ability to work on initiative.
  • Experience in running and recording effective meetings with internal and external project teams.
  • Good commercial and contractual awareness
  • Experience in presenting to clients and professional teams and maintaining and developing client relationships.
