Job Description Summary:Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Job Description:Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
- Design and develop component-level hardware for precise parametric measurements of ICs and high-speed signal analysis
- Perform dynamic signal analysis
- Create automated test system software for analog and mixed-signal IC's
- Work will involve cutting-edge Automated Test Equipment (ATE), including high-speed, DSP-based instruments
- Our Test Development Engineers are involved in all phases of a product, including:
- Product Development
- Design for Testability
- Test Hardware and Software Design
- Hands-on Debugging
- Characterization
- Manufacturing Release
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Understanding of transistor-level circuit design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
