The successful candidate will be responsible for the expansion of Concept, identification of the new business opportunities - including growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. In addition, the candidate will be also taking part in the acquisition of partners, business partners or strategic partners including the partner management for Concept New-Vertical Business.
This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand and will report to the Senior Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, review, improve the expansion strategy, identify the key drivers or tactics in order to achieve the expansion target efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare necessary materials, pitch decks and performance reports according to the request of the kitchen management team. Initiate the idea to pitch the partner in different creative ways.
  • Guide, coach and monitor the sales team in order to grow the current Concept portfolio through the expansion, supervise and conduct performance review in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional Team or internal Kitchens Team in any necessary needs to achieve better conversion rate
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure the operations target of Concepts are met (Prep time/ Vendor Fail Rate, Ratings, etc.)
  • Partly contribute in the Account Management of existing partners regarding day-to-day operations to indirectly increase the reputation, performance and growth of the Concepts.
  • Create joint business plans with key partners, develop relationships and find the opportunity to expand across the current partner network.
  • Find ways to streamline and improve current Commercial and Expansion processes as well as always on the hunt for new business opportunities to grow Concepts revenue.
  • Ownership of ad hocs projects.

  • Bachelor degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in expansion, business development, account acquisitions and account management
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B (Restaurant, QSR, fast-food chain, etc.) or Tech industry
  • Strong MS office skills and data management skills (SQL is a plus)
  • Ability to work under ambiguity with minimal supervision and tight deadlines
  • Traits of strong negotiator, creativity, business presentation, analytical, process driven and results driven
  • Thai National only, with good in written & verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
