We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated
Head of Advertising and Partnerships to join our fast-growing team in Thailand. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Advertising and Partnerships team, responsible for leading account teams that understand our advertisers needs and deliver measurable solutions.
Key responsibilities:- Accountable for owning the non commission revenue agenda (eg. Panda Ads), new users and other solutions
- Building and leading a senior team of industry experts in establishing, managing and scaling a consultative sales motion practice
- Thought leadership in mentoring, coaching and establishing the Industry experts practise across
- Managing relationships with key accounts at a global, regional and local level with a deep understanding of their goals and aligning them to best seek value in our merchant, rider and consumer verticals in driving significant portion of contribution to the overall vision and targets
- Establish and own advertising agency, programmatic partners and channel sales
Key requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred but not required
- 10 - 12 years of experience in digital performance marketing and solutioning sales
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver results.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and track record in
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
- Stakeholder management (Internal and external) is critical to be successful in this role
