The Opportunity:
As a member of our high-performing Thailand Payroll team based in Bangkok, you will play an integral role in helping us to build a world-class global payroll process in order to support our employees from around the world. Reporting to the Thailand Payroll Manager, the Payroll Partner is responsible for the timely processing of assigned payroll transactions and ensuring compliance with Thai laws and regulations for both local Thais and expats.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Responsible to process monthly payroll operations for Thailand accurately with our global external payroll vendor and ensure monthly payroll activities are followed to as per agreed calendar.
  • Coordinate with external payroll vendor to ensure payments of taxes, social security fund, provident fund and other third-party payment are processed and paid on time.
  • Manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA and to ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage enquiries relating to payroll matters from internal and external stakeholders, and provide advices as required.
  • Manage monthly reports submission i.e. withholding tax and social security fund, provident fund and other statutory on time and accuracy.
  • Manage pre-post payroll activities i.e. new registration of tax or social security fund.
  • Participate and support ad-hoc projects relating to new process implementations or enhancements and to perform user testing on systems.

What you’ll Need to Succeed:
  • At least 3 years of functional experience in managing end-to-end Thailand payroll processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Tax / Accounting preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in bothThai and English.
  • Strong interest in team capability building and sharing knowledge with others
  • Proficient in all MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
  • Ability to work well with employees in a highly multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change
  • Is a team-player and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Resilience to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.
