Responsibilities :
- Identify training needs of sales team through working closely with Sales department.
- Identify training needs of all employees through working closely with management level and managers.
- Plan and execute training programs for individual and group of employees that could address specific needs in order to enhance people capabilities.
- Built training road map to standardize knowledge, skill and attitude aligned as gap analysis and core competencies for all levels of employee.
- Monitor the result and progression of training and development implementation and adjust if need to correspond to current situation.
- Be an internal trainer, facilitation and coach for internal training and development program.
- Acts as an expert in adult learning and collaboration across departments to proactively and consistently share practices and processes with them.
- Develop training methods, manuals or materials.
Qualifications :
- Thai Citizen Only
- A university degree, preferably in pharmaceutical science/Pharmacy.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in training (selling skill training for medical sales representatives in pharmaceutical company) and development management (essential).
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
