Ultra High Net Worth Relationship Manager (Bancassurance-Kiatnakin Phatra Bank)
Job Summary
The Ultra High Net Worth Relationship Manager is a key revenue-driving role responsible for expanding Generali's bancassurance business within the Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) segment through Kiatnakin Phatra Bank. The position focuses on managing strategic bank partnerships, strengthening relationships with UHNW Financial Consultants, and delivering high-quality insurance and wealth solutions tailored to sophisticated client needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to both bank partners and internal stakeholders, the role supports sustainable business growth, enhances market competitiveness, and reinforces Generali's position as a leading insurance partner in the UHNW segment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Partnership Management
- Drive insurance business growth through effective management of the bancassurance partnership with Kiatnakin Phatra Bank
- Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies to maximize bancassurance performance within the UHNW segment
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with UHNW Financial Consultants at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank
- Deliver personalized, high-quality client servicing to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
3. Financial Advisory & Solutions
- Provide holistic financial advisory by offering suitable insurance and wealth solutions aligned with client objectives
- Assess UHNW clients financial goals, risk profiles, and investment needs to recommend appropriate solutions
4. Product Advisory & Sales Enablement
- Analyze customer insurance needs and recommend tailored product solutions
- Demonstrate strong understanding of a broad range of insurance products, including protection, savings, and unit-linked products
- Work closely with Bank Financial Consultants to deliver integrated and effective insurance solutions
5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, product information, and competitor offerings
- Utilize market insights to strengthen competitive positioning and enhance sales effectiveness
6. Stakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, operations, underwriting, and claims to resolve issues impacting sales efficiency and customer experience
7. Training & Capability Development
- Support training and capability development initiatives for bank partners and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and advisory effectiveness
Qualifications, Training & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA is an advantage)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, bancassurance, or relationship management
- Proven track record in managing high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client relationships and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, wealth planning solutions, and financial advisory concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial needs
- Results-driven, proactive, and resilient under a performance-driven environment
- Ability to travel upcountry when required
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Internal: Close collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing teams
- External: Daily engagement with Relationship Managers and Financial Consultants at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank
