Your Job

Taking care of batch house and furnace operation. Support shift operation in term of control, troubleshooting and guideline to ensure the consistent quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process. Be stewardship of area assigned, focus on safety. Looking for improvement in area or support operation improvement idea to be success.

Our Team

You will be under Operations team and report directly to Upper Line Process Engineer.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with process engineer to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Regularly update project trackers, identifying and addressing any deviations from expected outcomes.
  • Created/Prepare control parameter. Also, guideline for upper line activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Environment, Health, and Safety regulations.
  • Work with capability team to improve process. And lead process improvement projects to achieve higher performance and process stability.
  • Be role model for cultivating MBM culture.
  • Ensures product quality complies with standards and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of Procedures and WI.
  • Work on cost reduction that is related to controllable cost.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Engineering education background. Ceramic or Chemical engineer would be recommended.
  • High level of responsibility and security awareness for your area of responsibility with entrepreneurial thinking and action.
  • Good knowledge of English in words and writing.
  • Skills is MS-Office applications.
  • Experience with statistic software skill will be preferred.
  • Good in logical thinking, problem solving and analytical.
  • High commitment, initiative, and reliability.
