We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Operations Specialist to join our APAC Commercial team, to be based in Bangkok, Thailand.



Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate project requirements and specifications by understanding processes, and working with business to explore how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale

  • Analyse data and internal user feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development

  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary project point of contact

  • Define and communicate project strategy and roadmap to the local, regional and global project team

  • Collects and coordinates feature requests from all departments Prioritize and adjust the market project backlog according to strategic project value

  • Coordinate bug reports and change requests which includes vendor-facing and internal-facing projects

  • Rollout features and ensure stakeholder involvement and education of the new project

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech specialist in an e-commerce company. Plus points if you have worked in a similar organization like ours

  • Passion to build a great project & be successful with that project in the market

  • Passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in projects

  • Sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

  • Analytical mindset and skill-set

  • Experience with Jira & Confluence is preferable

  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.

  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
