: - Develop and review all human resources management policies / plans to ensure that policies / plans are in align with company strategy.
- Manage and leading HR team including setting up, maintain, and develop HR strategy and implementation in all function of HR such as, Recruitment & Selectiion, HRD, Com & Ben, Performance Appraisal, Employee Relation, and etc.
- Evaluate the company's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the company human resources strategy.
- Determine and recommend neccessary employee relations practices to establish a positive employer & employee relationship, and also promote a high level of employee morale.
- Initiate Core HR Policy & Strategy among company in Sahaviriya Group of Company.
- Act as consultant in HR field and provide any solutions to the related parties or affiliated company in Sahaviriya Group of Company to align with the company objectives, and also government rule / regulation.
- Faciliate Business Plan Meeting and the Executive Committee Meeting.
