Job Scope:

  • Assist in the development and updating of training materials like manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Ensure that training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with product features.
  • Tailor training materials and sessions to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
  • Gain hands-on experience with training technologies, such as Google Classroom and virtual training platforms.
  • Assist in managing training tools and software.
  • Collaborate with trainers, product managers, and other teams to align training efforts with organizational goals.
  • Ensure training materials align with the product's strategic messaging.
  • Attend workshops, conferences, or training sessions to enhance your skills in instructional design and delivery.
  • Assist in creating and delivering training programs for the launch of new products, introducing and explaining them to relevant stakeholders.


  • Creative person and analytical thinking
  • Ability to do video editing and motion graphic
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ask questions, and work across teams
  • Communication skills - not afraid to ask questions, share ideas, and listening
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
