The Creative Production (PRD) team partners with campaign managers, content creators and designers to define how the content is creatively represented. The team also works as a centralized hub within foodpanda to define the overall creative strategy, working closely with internal creative teams and agencies, and talents. At its core, the work is grounded in creativity with a strong understanding of how the foodpanda product works. Our purpose is to create the most compelling experience through artwork, video, and innovative contents to connect our millions of regional customers to the food (and more) they love.
Creative Production, a new team within foodpanda, is focused on the art of making art. We partner with our stunning colleagues across the region to define, implement, and consistently refine how creatively excellent, high-performing assets are created for the foodpanda platform and beyond.
We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative Video Creator to join the Creative Production team. Our Creative Leads are our on-the-ground influencers, evangelists, and experts in on-service creative assets - and how to drive excellence while making those assets at scale.
This is a hybrid role, reporting directly to the Creative Project Manager.
  • Report to and work with the Creative Project Manager on day-to-day operations of the video department
  • Make suggestions for how to improve workflow or increase video production values
  • Partner with other leads and creative producers to strategize content and campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Works closely with the Head of Creative Production to implement a cohesive visual style, thinking about each project holistically and how it fits in the entire foodpanda ecosystem
  • Manage and oversee video whole production activities for video clients
  • Write, review, and revise outlines, shot lists, and other video-supporting documentation.
  • Combine various mediums, such as video, screen capture, slides, audio, graphics, and pictures to create final products
  • Ability to concept, develop, and pitch full media campaigns while maintaining continuity across multiple types of executions.
  • Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary

  • 7+ years experience in creative direction, creative strategy, creative execution, or a combination thereof (3+ years of management experience overseeing creatives.)
  • College degree in the requisite field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Expert in editing with Adobe Premiere CC, with intermediate to expert-level experience with After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant editorial software and plugins.
  • Have knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Audition will be a plus
  • Foundation in film production, cinematography, sound design, and motion graphics is ideal.
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional teams with innovative ideas passion for breaking convention - and a proven ability of driving adoption of innovative ideas.
  • Experience working with global/regional teams.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and creative development cycles. Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Good listener and able to give and take constructive criticism.
  • Strong creative ideation with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Portfolio demonstrating original, high-quality video and media campaign work.
  • Have a passion for photography, audiovisual and innovative contents (AR/MR/XR).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
  • Are a strategic communicator, and put effort into translating complicated concepts into simple, understandable language.
