What you'll achieve
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing all sales operations for an organization or business. Also, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships at strategic level.
You will:
  • Develop and lead a team of solution specialist, presales engineers and partner development managers driving exponential growth of VMware-related solution including Cloud Computing, HCI, Virtual Cloud Networking and etc.
  • Lead the HCI Chapter of GC Storage Council, responsible for hypergrowth of Dell EMC HCI portfolio
  • A member of GC Leadership Team and work extensively with regional President on driving the rhythm of the business including but not limited to forecasting, deal review, outlook review and business planning
  • Understand the market in which the company and our competitors operate in, including our business/industry in general, and use that knowledge to plan future strategic customer engagements
  • Provide direction, development and inspiration to the team members in the organization

Essential Requirements
  • 15 to 18 years of relevant software solution sales experience with at least 4 years of management / Leadership experience
  • High level of VMware solutions and technical knowledge
  • Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
  • Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
