Technical Support Engineer Opening And Vacancy

As a Technical Support Engineer, the candidate will be expected to provide information, offer advice as well as technical support to a host of clients. The candidate will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues and help the organization's customers install applications and programs. Technical Support Engineer Jobs include taking care of and resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and employing remote desktop connections to deliver immediate support. As a technical support engineer the aspirant will have to take accountability of customer concerns that have been reported and making sure that the problems are resolved at the earliest. Apart from that, the candidate will need to do a bit of research, and identify the various modes of solutions to resolve system issues. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, the aspirant will also have to raise tickets for the same. It would be an added benefit for the candidate to be able to converse with customers and try to grasp the extent of the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Also, the resolution should be achieved within the agreed time limits. Providing not just prompt but also accurate feedback to customers is also the job of a technical support engineer.
