Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Proven experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including professional and managerial roles.
Experience working with recruitment agencies and external vendors is an advantage.

Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), referrals, and networking.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent negotiation and offer management skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and improve hiring effectiveness.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment platforms.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
