Job Description

HR Business Partnering

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across APAC on all people-related matters.
Partner with management teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Coach managers on leadership, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Performance & Talent Management

Lead and continuously improve the performance management process across the region.
Drive talent review, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Support leadership development and capability-building programs.
Help create a high-performance, accountable, and engaged culture.

Compensation & Benefits

Manage annual salary review and bonus processes.
Support budgeting and workforce planning activities.
Ensure compensation and benefits practices remain competitive and compliant.
Provide guidance on job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and organizational structures.

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and employment practices across APAC markets.
Review and implement HR policies and processes to support business growth.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and workplace issues.
Maintain strong governance and HR operational excellence across the region.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

Drive adoption and optimisation of HR systems and workforce management tools.
Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support business decision-making.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Support regional HR transformation initiatives and change management projects.

The Successful Applicant

Strong HR generalist background with significant experience in HR Business Partnering.
Experience supporting multiple countries within Asia Pacific.
Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related environments is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and talent management.
Experience with HRIS implementation, HR technology, and process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders across different cultures and locations.
Strong commercial mindset and ability to balance business needs with people priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication skills are essential.
