Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior QA Automation & Performance Test Engineer who can provide technical leadership across multiple projects while driving both Test Automation and Performance Testing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building automation frameworks, improving testing practices, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Test Automation and Performance Testing initiatives across projects.
Design and maintain automation frameworks using Python + Selenium OR Java + Selenium.
Develop and execute performance tests using tools like JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Drive QA best practices and improve automation processes.
Mentor QA engineers and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

6-10 years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Python + Selenium OR Java + Selenium.
Experience building scalable automation frameworks.
Strong API testing and automation experience.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and software testing best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), OMS, or E-commerce domains.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with SQL, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
